Chocolate squares
|
A mini collection of three Neopolitan squares with different cocoa content and origins for a plural pleasure: dark chocolate with 70% cocoa (South America and Africa) with its woody then very persistent acidic aromas (beautiful strong bitterness); dark chocolate with 61% cocoa (Africa and Ecuador) with a light blond tobacco fragrance and long vegetal notes (bitter with high cocoa content); milk chocolate with 40% cocoa (Africa and Asia) with the creamy flavors of caramel and hazelnut (slightly sweet and without bitterness).
